Finned U-Type Heaters

Finned tubular heating elements are of the type where the surface area enlarged by a strip in order to heat gases at high power the surface temperature is small and the heating elements are short. Finned Air Heaters for Higher Temperature are designed as per specifications. We are used heating elements high quality low watt density magnesium oxide(96% pure MGO high grade) filled, SS grade sheath material and high grade resistance wire is precisely centered in a heavy gauge material tube filled U shape Air Heater with 304 grade SS & GI coated finned tubular heaters.

Mica Band Heaters

Mica bands are made of an electrical resistance ribbon or wire, which is wound around a mica winding card and sandwiched between two sheets of mica, then wrapped in sheet metal. The resistance wire or ribbon that converts electrical energy to thermal energy is normally a nickel-chromium alloy of either 80% nickel which is useful to 1100°C or 60% nickel which is useful to 950°c.

Ceramic band Heaters

Ceramic bands are made of an electrical resistance helical coil, which is inserted around a series of interlocking steatite bricks of 1100°c having physical and die electric strength and good thermal conductivity, covered with 4mm insulation and then wrapped in sheet metal. The resistance wire that converts electrical energy to thermal energy is a nickel-chromium alloy of 80% nickel normally termed as Ni-Chrome. The sheet metal is stainless steel ( chrome – nickel) for temp upto 700°c. Titanium Heaters

Titanium tubular heaters are increasingly finding application in small " Electro Plating Industries". Single and Three phase "Titanium Tubular heaters" are made according to customer specifications at various capacity and length. Hot Air Oven

Doubled walled chamber, inner made of stainless steel and outer made of cold rolled mild steel sheet duly finished in powder coating. Inner space between walls is tightly packed with cerawool / mineral wool. Inner chamber accommodates perforated stainless steel trays at adjustable heights. Insulated double walled door in the front is provided with locking arrangements. Heating is done by finnds type air tubuler heater / nichrom coil. Temperature is indicated and controlled by range range by a digital temperature indicator cum controller within operating range.
